The Local Needle Yarn Shop

The Local Needle yarn shop has the largest inventory of yarns in NE FLORIDA!

We are located in NE Florida, just a hop-skip from Jacksonville, Lake City, Gainesville and South Georgia and a great travel stop for the fiber fanatic.

Please note the following changes to our storefront located at 36 E. Macclenny Ave., Macclenny, FL.

Store Hours: Saturday Only 10:00AM - 5:00 PM

All scheduled events have been canceled. This includes classes, Sit N' Stitch and KAL's, but does not affect previously made commitments.

While we believe these changes to be temporary, we cannot say at this time how long they will be in affect and thank you once again for being so very patient.

Congratulations to April! She won the drawing for the beautiful basket from Classic Elite Yarns!

Last Spring we began a knit-a-long to make the Classic Elite 3-button Solstice Sweater. There were seven of us that finished, however two of us are exempt from the drawing. On 7/31/10, five names went into the hat for the drawing (April, Eva, Christel, Karen, and Kaycee), but only April's came out!

Congratulations to all that finished. You must be proud and now have a wonderful sweater for this Fall!
