About Us
The Local Needle is a local yarn shop that also provides Internet sales of premium yarns, in addition to basic knitting and crocheting supplies.
Customer service is most important to us.
We are located in NE Florida, a few miles west of Jacksonville FL, approximately 30 miles east of Lake City FL, and five miles south of Georgia at:
Interstate 10, Exit 336, one mile north and 1/2 block east on US 90 (Macclenny Ave).

We are a member of The National NeedleArts Association, The TNNA Yarn Group, The Knitting Guild Association and The Crochet Guild of America. In addition, we support the Tampa Bay Devil Rays' Stitch N' Pitch event.

Saturday 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
