Different yarns will give different results and some may felt faster than others.

Absolute Wool is 100% New Zealand wool. This yarn comes in over 20 different colors and 5 variegated colors. It is very economical.at $5.50/skein for 240 yards and felts wonderfully. Quantities are limited.

This hand dyed yarn comes in 5 fruity colors and has a cool fuzz to it when felted.
